"I've been with State Farm since 1988 and have never had anything even close to a bad experience. When Adrian sent out a letter informing me that he had taken over for the agent I started with, I was a bit concerned but not a beat was missed. The customer service excellence and response time he and his office staff provide is something that is hard to find these days .
